Resumo

O atendimento para a redução de medidas é de extrema importância para indivíduos que não desejam serem submetidos à cirurgia plástica. Atualmente, existe o uso de uma grande quantidade de tratamentos, tecnologias e dermocosméticos. O objetivo deste estudo foi avaliar a aplicação do gel de contato para ultrassom, à base de água de coco e galactomanana, com a finalidade de conhecer o seu potencial nos tratamentos não invasivos, obtendo como resultado satisfatório, a redução do tecido adiposo e consequentemente das medidas corporais. Os dados foram coletados através de ficha de avaliação, no início e no término do tratamento, divididos em três grupos: G1 (grupo controle - Carbopol), G2 (gel comercial - Sonogel Stetic), e G3 (gel tratamento - à base de água de coco e galactomanana). Foram analisados os grupos através do exame físico, perimetria, termografia e registros fotográficos, sendo realizada a análise baseada na média de cada grupo. O G1 apresentou uma discreta redução nas medidas perimétricas avaliadas. Já na termografia, pode-se constatar que houve uma redução de 1,8 °C após o tratamento. O G2 obteve significativa redução nas medidas perimétricas avaliadas, já referente às imagens termográficas, constatou-se que houve uma redução de 1,6 °C após o tratamento. O G3 obteve uma significativa redução nas medidas perimétricas avaliadas, referente às imagens termográficas, pode-se constatar que não houve redução significativa antes e após o tratamento. Foi possível concluir que o uso do ultrassom associado ao gel em estudo, à base de água de coco e galactomanana, obteve resultados satisfatórios na redução do tecido adiposo e significativa melhora no aspecto celulítico, confirmando a sua viabilidade na prática terapêutica.

Abstract

The care for reduction of measures is of extreme importance for individuals who do not wish to undergo plastic surgery. Currently, there is a large amount of treatments, technologies and dermocosmetics. The objective of this study was to evaluate the application of contact gel for ultrasound, based on coconut water and galactomannan, with the purpose of knowing its potential in the non-invasive treatments, obtaining as a satisfactory result, the reduction of the adipose tissue and consequently of the corporal measurements. The data were collected through the evaluation form, at the beginning and at the end of the treatment, divided into three groups: G1 (control group - Carbopol), G2 (commercial gel - Sonogel Stetic), and G3 coconut and galactomannan). The groups were analyzed through physical examination, perimetry, thermography and photographic records, being the analysis based on the average of each group. The G1 presented a slight reduction in the perimetric measurements evaluated. Already in the thermography, it can be seen that there was a reduction of 1.8 °C after the treatment. The G2 obtained a significant reduction in the perimetric measurements evaluated, already referring to the thermographic images, it was verified that there was a reduction of 1.6 °C after the treatment. The G3 obtained a significant reduction in the perimetric measurements evaluated, referring to the thermographic images, it can be verified that there was no significant reduction before and after the treatment. It was possible to conclude that the use of ultrasound associated to the gel under study with coconut water and galactomannan, obtained satisfactory results in the reduction of adipose tissue and significant improvement in the cellulite aspect, confirming its viability in the therapeutic practice.
