Resumo

A utilização de ferramentas tecnológicas se amplia pela quebra nas barreiras da mobilidade e pela crescente acessibilidade a elas. Sua utilização, enquanto instrumentos na saúde, vem ganhado espaço e se fortalecendo como estratégia, para profissionais e pacientes, no que tange ao repasse de informações e à busca ou consolidação do conhecimento. Assim auxiliando os pacientes com Doença Renal Crônica (DRC) a conviver melhor com a doença. Diante do exposto objetivou-se criar uma ferramenta tecnológica em saúde sobre a fístula arteriovenosa, que incorpore informações e serviços de apoio aos pacientes renais crônicos, em tratamento hemodialítico. Para tanto foi realizado um estudo de desenvolvimento tecnológico. Após definição dos requisitos clínicos necessários, fora elaborado o Mapa Conceitual e o Fluxograma a ser seguido no protótipo do Aplicativo (APP) GUIA FAV, através do software Marvel. Em seguida foi desenvolvido a estrutura de navegação, sob a forma de aplicativo para dispositivos móveis e a interface para garantir interação, autonomia e facilidade em todos os comandos, possuindo linguagem compatível ao sistema operacional Android, sendo possível sua disponibilização em plataforma digital de forma gratuita. O Guia FAV será útil para os doentes renais crônicos portadores de fistulas arteriovenosas, como ferramenta de apoio, auxiliando os profissionais de saúde na orientação aos pacientes, permitindo que estes tenham uma maior atenção e cuidado com suas fistulas arteriovenosa

Abstract

The use of technological tools is amplified by the breakdown of mobility barriers and the increasing accessibility to them. Its use, as instruments in health, has been gaining space and strengthening itself as a strategy, for professionals and patients, regarding the transfer of information and the search or consolidation of knowledge. Thus helping patients with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) to live better with the disease. Given the above, the objective was to create a technological tool in health on arteriovenous fistula, which incorporates information and support services for chronic renal patients undergoing hemodialysis. For this, a technological development study was carried out. After defining the clinical requirements, to prepare the Concept Map and Flowchart to be followed in the Application Guide (APP) FAV GUIDE, using the Marvel software. Then, a navigation structure was developed, in the form of an application for mobile devices and interface to guarantee navigation, autonomy and ease in all commands, having a language compatible with the Android operating system, making it possible to make it available on a digital platform free of charge. The FAV Guide will be useful for chronic renal patients with arteriovenous fistulas, support tool, assisting health professionals in guiding patients, allowing them to have greater attention and care with their arteriovenous fistulas.
